These countries are: Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden, along with non-EU members Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.

    Required Documents

    Visa Applications typically require the following documents:

    1. A passport with at least three (3) months of validity remaining.

    2. Two (2) recent passport-sized photos in color, taken against a white background, with your face clearly visible.

    3. The applicable visa fee (please refer to the links below for details).

    4. Acceptance Letter from EIE for the course you’ve applied for.

    5. A valid return ticket.

    6. Proof of sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay.

    7. Proof of accommodation in Malta.

    8. Medical insurance coverage for the duration of your stay.

    9. Any additional documents requested by the relevant Maltese authorities.

    Before You Arrive in Malta

    Make sure you have all the necessary details about your travel route and relevant information regarding Malta. Our team is here to assist you with any questions you may have. Before you arrive, we will also send you our Students’ Manual (which includes the Academic Quality Assurance Policy, available online).

    If a VISA is required, ensure that you secure the correct visa well in advance of your trip to Malta (please refer to the details above). You must fully comply with all visa conditions. Our International Office is available to answer any inquiries, assist with completing your application forms, and provide Acceptance Letters necessary for the visa application process (following our strict admission criteria and payment of course deposits/fees).

    Arrival and Support in Malta

    Upon your arrival at Malta International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your accommodation. Our staff will provide a brief explanation of the accommodation facilities, and students are expected to follow all accommodation rules, especially when staying with host families.

    An orientation session will be organized at EU Global, covering your course details as well as general information about life in Malta. Throughout the academic year, EU Global organizes various activities for students, and we encourage everyone to participate. Please note that there may be additional fees for these activities.
