Internship: Event Coordinator (remote, full-time/ part-time)

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum 3 months

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Coordinator Intern to support our remote community engagement and event planning efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in virtual event management and community coordination across international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and moderate WhatsApp and Telegram community groups

  • Schedule and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and online sessions

  • Send out invitations and follow-ups to guest speakers and experts

  • Assist with event logistics, registrations, reminders, and feedback collection

  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to promote events

  • Maintain an event calendar and provide regular updates to team leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly, MS Teams etc.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Counsellor Intern to join our dynamic admissions team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education, student engagement, and international outreach.

As an Admissions Counsellor Intern, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their academic future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, WhatsApp, or other communication platforms

  • Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and application procedures

  • Guide students step-by-step through the application process

  • Schedule and conduct initial counselling sessions

  • Maintain student records and update CRM systems

As a Video Editor Intern, you will help bring our brand, events, and student stories to life through engaging and professional video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble recorded footage into polished videos for social media, marketing, and educational use

  • Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, animations, and background music as needed

  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars or interviews) into short clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Ensure consistent branding, quality, and tone across all video content

  • Manage file organization and version control for ongoing projects

Freelance Faculty for Online Teaching

About the Role:
EU Global is seeking qualified and experienced freelance or full-time faculty members to teach online courses across a range of subject areas. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for professionals with previous academic teaching experience.

Requirements:

  • You must have taught the selected courses at least twice in the past.

  • Please do not select courses you have not previously taught, even if you feel confident in the subject matter.

  • A reliable internet connection and personal laptop are mandatory.

Teaching Formats & Compensation:
Please note that payment varies depending on your location and experience. EU Global offers scholarships to students from lower- and middle-income countries, and our corresponding faculty compensation is structured to ensure long-term sustainability across regions.

  1. Supervision – Master’s Capstone Consulting Project

    • Guidance on an outcome-based project and final thesis (~6,000 words)

    • Duration: 3 months, approx. 10 meetings (30–45 minutes each)

    • Compensation: €100 – €200 per student per project

  2. Supervision – Doctoral Thesis

    • Support and evaluation of a doctoral thesis (~60,000 words)

    • Duration: 2 years, approx. 12 meetings + thesis review and defense

    • Compensation: €200- €400 per student (includes supervision, defense & evaluation)

  3. Online Recorded Teaching (Asynchronous)

    • 1 Unit includes:

      • 3 video recordings (~15 minutes each)

      • 3 multiple-choice questions per video

      • Supplementary reading materials

      • 1 activity per unit

    • Compensation: €15 – €50 per unit

    • Full courses typically include 8–10 units + final assessment
