    Conference Paper Submission Guidelines for Authors

    Authors are requested to carefully follow these instructions before submitting their papers.

    1. Scope of the Conference

    The conference invites original research papers, review papers, case studies, and innovative applications related to the conference themes. Submitted work should contribute to advancing knowledge and address contemporary challenges in the relevant research domain.

    2. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and should not have been published or be under review elsewhere.
  • Authors are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted work.
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
  • All papers may be screened using plagiarism detection software before being sent for review.
  • 3. Manuscript Preparation

    Authors must prepare their manuscript using the official conference template. The first page should include:
  • Paper Title
  • Author Name(s)
  • Affiliation(s)
  • Corresponding Author’s Email
  • Article Type (Research/Review)
  • Complete author information, including qualification, designation, institution, postal address, email, and ORCID (recommended).

  • 5. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
  • It should briefly present the objective, methodology, major findings, and conclusions.
  • Do not include citations, figures, tables, equations, or bullet points.
  • Provide 3–5 keywords separated by commas.

    7. Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Figures and tables must be embedded within the manuscript at appropriate positions.
  • Each figure and table should have a sequential number and descriptive caption.
  • Figures should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Tables should be created using the Microsoft Word table tool.
  • Mathematical equations should be created using the Microsoft Word Equation Editor and numbered consecutively.
  • 8. References

  • References should follow the IEEE citation style.
  • Every reference listed must be cited in the text.
  • Include DOI or permanent URL wherever available.
  • Avoid citing unauthenticated sources such as Wikipedia, blogs, news portals, or social media. Use only credible scholarly sources.
  • 9. Declarations

    The manuscript should include the following declarations:
  • Study Limitations
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • Funding Source
  • Conflict of Interest/Competing Interests
  • If any declaration is not applicable, authors should state “None.”

    10. Ethical Compliance

    For research involving human participants or animals, authors must provide:
  • Ethical Approval details with approval reference number.
  • Informed Consent statement.
  • Supporting ethical approval documents may be requested during the review process.
  • 11. Review Process

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by experts in the relevant field.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, scientific contribution, clarity of presentation, relevance to the conference theme, and overall significance.
  • The decision of the Technical Program Committee shall be final.
  • 12. Acceptance and Registration

  • Acceptance notifications will be communicated via email.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration by the specified deadline.
  • Only registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

    14. Final Submission Checklist

    Before submitting your paper, please ensure that:

  • The manuscript is prepared using the official conference template.
  • All author details are complete and accurate.
  • The abstract and keywords are included.
  • Figures, tables, and equations are properly formatted and cited.
  • References follow the IEEE citation style.
  • Ethical declarations and funding information have been provided where applicable.
  • The manuscript has been proofread for grammar, language, and formatting.
  • The paper complies with all conference submission and ethical guidelines.
  • Note: The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not conform to the prescribed formatting, ethical standards, or submission guidelines. Only accepted and registered papers that are presented during the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings and any associated publication opportunities.
