Holds distinguished academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in HR & Quality, a Master of Technology in Production Engineering Systems Technology, and a Ph.D. in System Dynamics (Engineering Management). Additionally, is recognized as a Fellow of the World Business Organization, Australia.

An accomplished researcher with over 40 years of teaching experience across three countries, with two books published, over 250 publications in reputed journals and conferences, and nearly 2,000 citations resulting in an H-index of 24. Is a recipient of several prestigious Best Paper Awards, including the COSMAR Award at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (2003), Journal Best Paper Awards at the World Business Conferences in Australia (2014) and Malaysia (2015), and at the European Business Research Conference in Rome, Italy (2015).

Has also served as a reviewer for several reputed journals and as chair and keynote speaker at numerous international conferences.

Has successfully supervised 14 Ph.D. scholars at two universities

in India. Teaching interests include Advanced Research Methodologies, Technology Management, Knowledge Management, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Change Management, and Strategic Management.
