I hold a Ph.D. in Business Management, specialized in performance appraisal and business operations, along with an MBA in Marketing Management and a minor in Human Resource Management. I earned my Honors in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University, India. Recognized as a top 2% scientist by Stanford University and Elsevier (2024), I have over 22 years of academic, research, and quality and accreditation experience. I have published 87+ Scopus indexed papers in prestigious Q1 and Q2 journals and authored books with renowned publishers. I am skilled in curriculum development, research, publication, e-learning, and peer review, holding certification of PMI from Oxford Home University, Certificate on Entrepreneurship from Harvard University, and Certificate on Digital Marketing UKI Corporate Citizenship Accenture, UK.
